The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with appliances, the bathroom comes with various shower tub combinations, your elegant master bedroom features comfortable beds, a private balcony along with outdoor furniture, a living room with a soft sofa and much more.

* Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Great little spot with beautiful views! The carpet was a little dirty with hair and crumbs but as to be expected, I suppose. Unfortunately, we had no air conditioning for the duration of our stay which was extremely disappointing. While this was out of the owners hands, it was equally disappointing that a small reimbursement was all that was offered. Not having AC during a beach stay deserved greater compensation but that was not given. Check in/out was easy and location is great!

The room definitely did not look like the pictures that were posted online (room looked a lot older)My children complained about how uncomfortable the beds were, and the sofa bed was really hard. We had to go out and buy extra blankets because there were none in the closets to accommodate my family of 5.Bathroom sink leaked underneath, and water went down extremely slow.Water covered half the balcony from the AC unit running.On our second day, the code to access our building was changed and we were not notified. We stood outside until someone came out and told us the new code. Would ask for a partial refund if it’s possible for the inconveniences my family and I experienced during our stay.

Was a wonderful Verbo! View was amazing every morning! Opened the curtains all the way and enjoyed the view when we weren’t out on the beach! Coffee on the patio or walking on the beach to see the beautiful sunrise! Felt like home! Coined a few days and had all the essentials I needed! Would go back in a heartbeat!

The room was furnished most attractively and smelled citrus fresh upon arrival. The 16th floor view and beach access were second to none. We loved the natural brightness emanating from the living room and bedroom windows. Access to washer and dryer for clean laundry is always a huge bonus. There were multiple repairs made while we visited, including lighting being fixed above the indoor pool and hot tubs and sand blasting in the stairwell. All the unit owners and renters we conversed with were so kind and friendly. Our hostess was quick to reply to our questions about check-in and available supplies. We enjoyed this location so much, we are looking into condo listings in the Palms available for purchase. We will undoubtedly be back in the future!

The view was spectacular. Host communication was very quick. Condo was exactly as described. Comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, nice pools and hot tub. Bathroom is on the small side but wasn’t an issue for us. Restaurants within walking distance, we loved it.

From opening the door, the view from the window was breathtaking and just what I was looking for! The view from the balcony was amazing too! We watched wildlife in and around the ocean and it was awesome! The room was very clean; the beds were comfy and just perfect for our little group! The neighborhood seemed safe, we didn't feel uncomfortable walking around or at the beach at night. Can't wait to go again!
