Condo could have used a better cleaning in between renters. Picked up the corner of a rug in the living room because it felt like there was something underneath. It was a bottle cap and a lot of dirt. Dirty kleenex on the floor between bed and night stand.

Room needs updated

We stayed at Grand Shores with 16 other people (family). The property was clean, and all employees were very helpful and polite. Plenty of lounge chairs, but not enough umbrellas. (only 2). All pools in and out were freezing cold. All other condos we have stayed in had grills available for personal use, Grand Shores does not. Our room is advertised as being updated; it was not. It definitely needs a new stove, and the bed is horrible. It only had 1 skillet and 2 saucepans, both terrible to cook in. The balcony was awesome. We may come back to Grand Shores but not to the room we stayed in.

Nice unit with beautiful view

This was our second stay in this condo. It has every thing you need plus convenient parking. Very close to shopping and excellent dining. Beach walks were fun too.

Toilet didn't work 2/3 or the time. Plug in kitchen stopped working 1/2 way thru stay. Every time a bagel was toasted smoke alarm would go off without any trace of the smoke. Buzzing noise in ceiling above shower. Dryer sheets stuffed in air vents.

Nice relaxing mini trip

What a great way to spend 3 days. Beautiful views of the beach and easy access to daily beach walks. Everything was clean and in good condition. We enjoyed exploring all the eating and shopping opportunities nearby, then returning to our cozy unit and relaxing on the balcony Overall, a wonderful stay.

Place was so clean and smelled fresh. Place was exactly as described in the photos. The owner was very nice in letting us check in early. We really enjoyed our stay and did not have any issues. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
