The living area features a brand new king-sized bed with plush bedding, a stylish sofa that converts to a full-sized bed, a sleek dresser, nightstand, and a cozy dining area with a table and chairs. The brand new smart TV lets you unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a day in the sun, and updated lighting throughout the unit sets just the right mood. You’ll also notice brand new closet doors that blend seamlessly with the space’s elevated look. Slide open the glass doors and step out onto your private oceanfront balcony, now furnished with chic new patio seating, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, a good book, or a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon.



The custom kitchen area has been fully reimagined for both form and function. It features a brand new fridge, deep sink, mounted microwave, and all the essentials you need to prep light meals or snacks. The centerpiece? The Landmark Resort itself is packed with family-friendly and adult-approved amenities that make your stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, so you’ll stay connected even while you unplug from the everyday.



We want your stay to be as smooth and carefree as possible, so we provide all the essentials: fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and a starter set of items including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.



While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
