Never had a room with such a small window. It was like staying in a box. Elevator was down for half our stay which meant 3 flights of stairs for us.

Location great but some isdues

Weather was amazing, location ideal. Elevator broke down, hand rails in stairwells not safety compliant, caused loss of balance several times. Bright flood light right into our room, had to close the blinds at 9pm or get blinded

Shout out to the lady who checked us in! She was so kind and welcoming! She took the time to show me the lounge area, outdoor comfort area for my pet and staircase. The rooms were clean. Need bigger pillows! Overall , great hotel!

My one day at Coast Parksville Hotel was exceptional … I booked the room in a very short notice. I came 1.5 hours before check in and they gave me the room … early check in. The hotel is residing in a very quiet neighbourhood on the famous Island Hwy road. It is across a Mini Golf and minutes away from the beach. The hotel looks brand new from outside and inside. They have free modern coffee machine in the guests room with a fireplace. The room looks brand new … everything you need is available … free wifi, air conditioner, comfortable bed and pillows, fridge, microwave, your own coffee/tea machine, TV, many clean towels, small table and chairs, adjustable light … the reception is friendly … always smiling … and they even offered suggestions like the free mini golf. This is a must try hotel if you are passing by the majestic Parksville. For groceries, I walked 18 minutes to Quality Food … a very modern and new HUGE grocery shop. There is a MacDonald couple of minutes away. Though, the best part is the water walkway which is just 8-10 minutes away from hotel … walking. Enjoy
