Cozy second floor apartment located in the heart of Uptown on Magazine Street. Close walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops New Orleans has to offer. Easy access to bus or car service. Seven blocks from Street Car.

Steep interior stairs, although beautiful, make this rental a bit tricky for young kids or anyone having difficulty on stairs. Kitchen, laundry and first bathroom located on first floor, with two bedrooms, second bathroom and living on second floor. There is a small bistro table in the kitchen (not shown) that will seat 3-4 people.

Great apartment in an excellent Uptown NOLA location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Cameron's apartment, located adjacent to Magazine Street in a very lovely part of town. There are countless great shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The property is attractive and comfortable and we had no problem finding parking nearby. Cameron was very responsive and everything was very easy. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Love the location and proximity to great restaurants. We had just a short few blocks to parades on Napoleon.The unit is tucked in the back of the property (as well as main bedroom) so quieter than usual for Magazine St.Upstairs was very cozy and comfortable. Our stay was during a very unusual cold snap so the downstairs was chilly. However, they do provide space heaters to warm up kitchen if you’re in there, so not a big deal.

Great stay and location

The property is as advertised. The stairs are steep but manageable. Be careful taking your luggage up the stairs. Love that the property is on the bus (#11) line. There are stores, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. There is parking on the side street.

A nice place to weather the blizzard!

Two friends came for an art class at PaintSpaceNOLA, a few blocks away. We stayed longer than anticipated to weather the blizzard shutdown for several days. The apartment has a nice living room and bathroom upstairs, with a bedroom on each end, plus another bathroom with washer/dryer and a nicely equipped kitchen downstairs. We were very comfortable.

Great location!

I recommend staying here. We went when it was unseasonably cold and the apartment was chilly, but other than that it was a great stay. Two things that need owner attention: Only one of the 4 bulbs in the kitchen fixture was working, so could use fresh bulbs. Upstairs bedroom closet was leaking when it rained.

Perfect Getaway

Charming, clean and in a great area with easy access to popular NOLA attractions. Beds were super comfy, quiet area and great restaurants nearby. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in NOLA.

This is a clean, quiet, and well located property where we had an excellent experience. The apartment photos are accurate. We had plenty of space for 4 adults. We would definitely stay here again for any future visits to New Orleans.

Great rental

The house is perfectly located Uptown near the Prytania and Magazine commercial areas but on a quiet block. The place is perfectly sized for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable with good pillows and linens. The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and temp in the showers. The only caveat is that stairs between the upstairs living space and the downstairs kitchen and second bathroom are pretty steep. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again.
