The room was clean, the location was excellent, the staff was friendly. Only issue was the bathroom, there was no exhaust vent. After you showered you had to wait for the room to cool off and take the humidity with it, so you could see the mirror etc. Also, the toilet ran constantly. Not a big deal, but after every flush we had to manually lift the cover and jiggle the valve so the stopper would properly seal and the tank would fill. Good stay, great location.

I LOVE the angel/devil theme! Plenty of space for a business meeting. The bar has a 7 Deadly Sins drink menu which you do NOT want to miss out on! The bartender Spencer is so fun! The rest of the staff were also so helpful and kind. I saw them deal with a couple distressing situations with patience and grace. The staff were a part of what made my first time in New Orleans VERY memorable and fun! There's a gym on the premises by the way! Pool table too. We had a king size room and it was very clean and had great space I can't wait to go again! AN ABSOLUTE MUST GO!

Stayed at this hotel for a business meeting and everything worked out perfectly. The facility is super convenient on Canal Street with a lot of options and very walkable. The staff was very helpful, and the facilities were very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great visit.

The room was beautiful, clean and calming. Loved the decor, bathroom was sooo cute! Not like the usual cookie cutter bathrooms in other hotels.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. However, the bathrooms didn’t match the aesthetic of the rest of the property — they looked outdated and could use some modern updates. The in-room coffee machine was broken, and although we were told it would be fixed, no one ever came. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t have time to follow up. We ordered room service one morning and were underwhelmed by both the quality and presentation. Our room was also in a noisy area, with loud disturbances lasting until about 5 a.m. every night, which made it hard to sleep. Overall, the property itself looks nice and has great potential, but between the maintenance issues, noise, and dated bathrooms, it wasn’t the relaxing stay we hoped for. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The overall experience was good. The daily cleaning service needed a little attention - had to ask the desk for toilet paper cause they didn't restock. The doorman was very nice and helpful.

1st and foremost I booked on Expedia to pay at property. We flew from Dallas to New Orleans to arrive at this hotel they told me my reservation was cancelled because i didnt pay. I explained that i never received a call or email that a payment was needed. They didnt try to accommodate us at all just told us that they are completely booked no apology or anything. So if your flying into N.O please dont book this hotel they are not dependable. Thankfully The JUNGE hotel was available. I loved everything about The Junge hotel I would not recommend The Saints hotel at all!
