It started with us trying to check in at 230 pm. We walked up to the desk and before checking her computer, the front desk female says Nope nothing available, come back at four. She was rude and impersonal. The guy who checked us in after coming back was much nicer. The breakfast was disgusting. The wait staff we so rude we only ate there one morning of our five night stay. They served spoiled milk. They also refused to refill any of the hot food at 815 am when breakfast goes till 9 am. The front desk refused to provide pool towels. The ONLY positive was the one day housekeeping came in is that they did a great job cleaning up the room. Otherwise the dumpsters outside were overflowing and stacked up on each side. The staff were out there spraying the bags and having to move them. The smell was horrendous. Beyond that as soon as you get into the hotel all you can smell is marijuana or a porta potty like smell. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They shouldn't be allowed to charge what they do.

We appreciated its closeness to the airport, parking and the cleanliness of the room. It was disappointing that our room was not ready after arriving an hour and a half after check-in and the person on duty, was very matter of fact and presented with agitation. The bathroom could also use a big overhaul and updates.

The staff was very nice. We checked in around 1 AM so we were all tired and the clerk was pulling a double shift. He was very professional and helpful. The room was perfect for 5 adults. Would definitely stay there again.

The suite we stayed in was pretty nice. Needed a little maintenance like the bathroom door frame was falling off the wall and the bathtub could use some updating but overall was ok. Beds were comfy and the air conditioner in the room was cold!

The property itself is very worn down, not the cleanest common areas. The rooms were fine. Clean and spacious enough. Was ideal for our family of four. Although the pullout couch really was not a couch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although check in was quite disorganized and The rooms were not ready until after 4 o’clock.

Our room was not ready when we made our arrival. We were told to wait until 4:00.. We didn't get our room until 5:45 Housekeeping did not bring us fresh towels the next day. Breakfast was very good.

Eh…

Staff was super sweet; room wasn’t ready upon official check in time. No fault of the front desk associates tho. Hotel is run down and in need of things. Bed was comfy. Price was ok. We weren’t there long, in for a wedding for an overnight stay so it was tolerable. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff were very polite and professional. Check in was delayed by about 10 or so minutes because the housekeepers were running a little behind, but there was seating in the lobby and tv so it was fine. The rooms were very impressive for the price, however the room smelled stale. Not dirty, not stinky, just kind of stale. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. NO SIGNS OF BED BUGS! So that’s a plus
