Sunny pied-a-terre in historic Marigny Triangle. A short walk to French Quarter (4 blocks), live music on Frenchmen (1 block away), street car (1 block away), restaurants, and Mississippi River. Charming double parlor layout boasts original hardwood floors, high ceilings, beautiful mantels, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Shady shared courtyard with free with BBQ area and seating for dining al fresco. This is the perfect getaway!

Located in the Historic Marigny Triangle, right on Elysian Fields.
Across the street there`s a Starbucks, fancy grocery store, electrical bikes for rent, Phoenix (famous 24/7 bar), drag show bar/male strippers on the same street, street car one block away, several parades in front of the house.
This home allows dogs (limit of 2) and they must be 25 lbs or smaller. There is a nonrefundable fee for pets charged at the time of booking, so please be sure to include the pets on your reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine in addition to the normal fee.
Four blocks to the French Quarter. One block to Frenchmen Street. No need for transportation, everything is walking distance. There are blue bikes less than a block away. Street car one block away.

Regulatory Info: Permits: 22-CSTR-22010, 22-OSTR-08383. Unit is not ADA-compliant. As required by NOLA regulations, a noise monitoring device is active in the unit. It registers the decibel level of noise in the unit and is not capable of recording any audio. 1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.
2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more. Please hang wet towels, and dry floor if wet.
5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.
6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

16. Trash & Recycling is picked up on Thursday.
17. All of our TV`s are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.
18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it`s possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested after your additional time has been approved.
