Hotel was charming, quiet and well-equipped. Bed was comfortable. Room was large. We did not need the pull-out sofa, but it would have worked well with 4 people total, instead of just us 2. Immaculately clean. Just one small thing, there were no slide strips or rubber mat in tub. The grab bar was only at the step-in entrance of the shower/tub, and it needed a grab bar in the middle of the shower/wall to make movement, washing and rinsing more comfortable, not slippery. We were only there one night, but it would have been very annoying if it was more nights. Will probably stay there again, as it's near our family.

All the staff was great: quite helpful, available and informative. 5 stars for them. The hotel is in an excellent location. Rooms were cleaned daily. This hasn’t happened to us since the pandemic. The reason for the four stars is that the beds are quite uncomfortable. In addition, the pillows are very small. They’re not standard size.
