I was told that I couldn't check out from my room either by phone call to the front desk or on my room TV. I had to wait 30 minutes at 11 AM because only one front desk person was at the front desk at that time (close to check out time). The person at the front was not efficient. Finally a second person came to help out and literally took about 15 seconds to check me out. Could have been done from my room as I have done at all other hotels and this one too in the past. When I came to the hotel the revolving door was roped off and you needed a key to open the door. As I hadn't checked in yet, I had no key. Fortunately someone came out and we were able to get in. Not impressed.
