Arrived 10 minutes before check in time started 2:50 pm was told room wasn’t ready yet waited 30 minutes and asked again to be told previous guests had check out extended from noon till 4 pm then room would be turned over to housekeeping! So it would be minimum 90 minutes before we could get into our room in sold out situation. They downgraded our room to non city view , asked for our bill to be adjusted which she agreed to but didn’t, we did get free breakfast vouchers though

First time in New York and the hotel was convenient and in a great location! Staff was friendly and ready to assist. Small bar/restaurant inside the hotel had good food as well!
