The place was dirty. The curtains looked like they had mole on them. There was a condom wrapper on the side of the bed. We didn’t have a remote, got a remote, and the front desk guy was pretty rude. Like why am I arguing with you about a remote I’m suppose to have and soap! Also, you walk in to a bullet proof glass reception. Anyone who is doing a review and it’s above a 2 works for the them and/or is an owner. Don’t stay here!

Once checking in the room. There was still poop stain in the toilet sit. The tv in room seem to broken and mourining breakfast is terrible. It was just a bag with yogurt, granola bar, muffin bites and bottle of sunny d. Very bad experience with this hotel

No one picks up the call there and no one listens. I checked out early one day, but their service was so bad. They didn't open checkout until the next day, and I had to pay for the second day as well. I later completed.

Staff not welcoming or friendly not advised no cooked breakfast provided until we discovered no food in the eating area! Upon asking was given a bag of packaged food. Room was tired with stained carpets and walls but very clean including bedding and sheets lots if hot water and good water pressure in shower. Adequate for one night stay as all our flights were cancelled out of JFK.

I was quoted one amount for early checkin by Eric but when I arrived the lady said it was almost double the price. I showed her my previous charge on my credit card statement which showed the amount but she didn't care. For that price I can stay at a better location around the corner. I won't be staying here anymore.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! It is not at JFK as stated in the name of the hotel. It is in a residential area with no parking lot. It advertised off street parking available but there was room for 2 cars to park and I was charged $25 cash only for it. The room was gross. There was blood stains on the bedding and something red on the floor. The towels were dingy. I was so tired and it was very late so I slept in my clothes with no blankets on me. Thank god I travel with my own pillow. Simply horrible!!!
