The heating in the room did it work. It was freezing outside and the room wouldn’t warm up. We changed rooms twice and were offered a few room options but all rooms were cold. I felt terrible for the staff as there was no heating on the main floor reception, espresso bar and restaurant. I emailed the management but they never replied.

This is a unique property. Very urban chic. The rooms are comfortable with furnishings that are a bit different (concrete post, wall and ceiling but it works! Huge windows overlooking the city and the staff was very personable and helpful. Need recommendations for dinner or attractions, just ask. You will not be disappointed.

Easy fast check in/check out. I loved the convenience of the digital door key and digital check out on my phone. Room looked and smelled very clean. Bathroom was very nice and also looked pretty clean. Staff were friendly and even left a hand written welcome note in the room. Overall, it felt casual and homey as if I was staying at a friend’s place in the city. I would definitely book here again and recommend to a friend.

The rooms have gorgeous views, comfy beds, stunning bathrooms, and the decor in the whole place is stellar. The staff while we were staying there were AMAZING. So kind and helpful. Perfectly situated in a trendy part of town, around the corner from a subway station that made getting around a breeze, but also a very walkable location that’s quiet and safe at night. Fun bars nearby and delicious food everywhere. Highly recommend! I’d stay again!
