The staff were just brilliant, so thoughtful and friendly and this went for everyone we encountered. Equally, the property is fantastically located, right by the subway but right by Central Park and short walk to Times Square.

We liked the location,the friendliness of the staff. The room size and amneties in the room were great. Perfect for what we needed, The bed was abnormally too hard. I would have preferred a much softer mattress.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Great for visiting museums (MoMA is a few blocks away), Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center. The East Side museums (Frick, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim) are a bit of a walk. Easy access to Central Park. Subway entrance to the F line is right at the corner. My only complaint is that the bathroom light is motion activated and I don't like getting blasted with light in the middle of the night. Bring some tape to cover it up temporarily
