My girlfriend and I loved our stay. We stayed for a total of 5 nights. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived long after our check-in time, but it was no issue. We checked in online beforehand, which did cause an issue when we checked in at the front desk, but they resolved it quickly and smoothly. We stayed on the top floor, and we had no issues with the noise from the bar/restaurant upstairs. We were worried about it since other reviewers warned about how noisy it was, but it was minimal. The location of the hotel was perfect for us since we relied on the ferry to get everywhere we could. We recommend this hotel, and we will be staying here every time we return to NYC! Also, check out El Lado Taco in Astoria if you're planning to go to Astoria Park. It's nearby, and it was the best meal we had on our entire trip!

Location was decent. We were able to park on the street with no issue which is not common for queens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was clean . The bed was comfortable. The view of the skyline was great. The water was hot and good water pressure which is a big deal for me. The only issue I ran into was the WiFi stopped working and the TV wouldn’t reconnect to the internet no matter how many times I tried. It was kind of late and I didn’t feel like having to call for service so I just watched TV on my phone. For the price I paid for the room, I would absolutely stay again.

Spent the night at Z Hotel and do no recommend! They have a rooftop and i could hear the music all night on-super loud !Even when I woke up in the AM i could still hear the music super loud. Shampoo holder in the bathroom was broken and it fell while i was showering. While doing check in the person who checked us in was on the phone, not work phone, his personal which i find it rude considering that he is there for customer service. Im never going back!

We loved our room, it had such a great view! Comfortable bed, staff was very welcoming and everything was very clean! The only thing I would say is that the shower head kept sliding down.

Rooms were clean and nicely decorated, staff is friendly and helpful , Air condition worked nicely, location wise its little to far from subways. Staff needs to know people staying on top floor that roof top parties over weekend will be on till 3-4am and your room will hear music noise.

The heat worked just fine, the room was clean as well as the bathtub. The staff were friendly and when knocking on the door they were polite and accommodating. The t.v placement over the bed in the city view room (11th Fl) however is a hazard. As often you can hit your head if you forget to duck down. Also the outlets are covered by furniture. Harder to maneuver and get to.

This hotel is filthy. This is a sky rise motel at best. We were on the 11th floor and no one told us that the rooftop bar goes until 4 AM shaking our room and keeping us up all night. Music blasting till 4 AM. No vending or ice machine machines no coffee on site. Entire hotel reeks like weed. Hard bed on the floor.
