"The hotel is only a couple minutes walk from the Niagara Falls State Park. We love how convenient it was to walk back to the hotel and change/rest especially after getting wet from the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds attractions. The bed is comfortable. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner they serve at the hotel are pretty good! The hotel is also walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. The gym has everything we needed to workout. We even saw the nightly fireworks from the hotel! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at Hyatt Place again if we decide to go back to Niagara Falls."

"Comfortable and clean. Had to wander around to figure out where everything was. Front desk not very friendly or helpful. Staff around hotel helped alot though. Still had a great room that was clean abd comfortable."

"Very clean and spacious home. Beautiful flooring and lighting. I just wish it was tvs throughout the home it’s just one big screen in the living room. Overall the home is beautiful it was nice and clean. "
