The hotel was nice and peaceful! Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is 10 mins from the Falls and conveniently situated near food and shopping center. There was plenty of parking. The beds were nice and comfy. The bathroom shower was hot and the pressure was great. My grandkids enjoyed the hot breakfast that was offered and enjoyed the indoor heated pool and arcade games! I will stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights. Even for a single day , no room service provided. Upon my request to reception desk, only towels and small garbage bags were given but not the bedsheet. it’s over priced property. pool was in good condition but gym has no weights to lift which is surprising. Breakfast was good.

The hotel offers the bare essentials, but nothing beyond the basics. Housekeeping did not clean the room daily, which was disappointing. The hallway carpet is worn and in need of replacement, and the linens provided were not of high quality. Overall, it’s suitable for a short stay if you’re not expecting much in terms of comfort or amenities.

This hotel is close to Fashion Outlet Mall and several restaurants. Its a busy hotel with too many young kids. Our room is on the 2nd floor and youcan hear every footstep in the hallway.
