Very nice rooms. Each bedroom has separate tv, closets and clocks. Also the living, kitchen dining area was quite large. The kitchen was well resourceful like towel, tissue, hand tissue, utensils, cooking pots. It also has the dishwasher. Staffs were very helpful, friendly and always smiling whenever you meet them. We really enjoy our stay. Definitely will plan to go there again in fiture.

I had a wonderful stay at Cannery Loft. The space was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully set up, which made my stay smooth and relaxing. The location was very convenient and close to everything I needed. What really stood out was the staff—they were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at Cannery Loft and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

The place is in excellent condition. Very clean, spacious and the room was as expected, based on the photos online. It’s a very trendy and nice place. Cons: The noise level was an issue. We stayed in room on the first floor, which also has two adjoining rooms so we could hear everything from the rooms next to us. Worst of all, our room window was right in front of the entrance ramp/parking lot where people come and go. At 3 am in morning, we were disturbed by guests standing right outside of our window talking loudly/socializing.. I had to open the curtain and gesture that it was too loud. The window is also a privacy issue. If you don’t have the black out curtains closed, every person entering and exiting can look right into your room - the bed and tv are directly beside the window. I also had issues with my phone service, I have LTE data and things were slow, even when I connected to their wifi, there was slow connection in certain areas of the room. Lastly, parking is only free if you book through a different website, which I don’t see why.

Poor Experience – Broken Sleep, Cold Air, and no proper refund This hotel has potential, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The room had cold air leaking from the window and loud noise throughout the Christmas night — I could not sleep at all. The staff acknowledged the issue and maintenance worker confirmed problem could not be fixed so they and hotel.com agent said there would be a full refund for the second night, but they refund me adjustment price the second night and even charged full property fee for two nights. What makes this worse is not just the room condition, but how it was handled. I hope management reviews this case seriously and treats their future guests with better care and accountability.
