As far as the room condition is concerned, it was great as there was a comfortable king-size bed and fully equipped kitchen. The room was very clean. However, there was one severe problem that made the entire stay uncomfortable. I set the thermostat to 26 degrees celsius and it never went above 23. 23 would be fine during summer time, but during winter with wind chill reaching minus 15 degrees celsius, 23 felt quite uncomfortable. My hands and feet were cold the entire time. I complained to the front desk, but they weren’t able to do anything. It was such a disappointing experience.

Walkable to Clifton Hill this place was excellent for the price. Clean, comfortable, esthetically pleasing..love that it has a kitchenette incase we wanted to eat at "home". That microwave also is now one I want at home. Nice new appliances.

We travel to Niagara every year for wine tasting and had to find a new hotel this year, so we took a chance on Cannery Lofts. So glad we did! From check in to check out they exceeded our expectations, even upgraded our room! The hotel and room was very modern and clean, showers were lovely and spacious, and beds very comfortable. Location was accessible to the falls and clifton hill, and just overall a very comfortable vibe! Some reviews I had read prior complained about noise, which we didnt find a mjor issue at all. We will be back next year!

Staff were always very friendly and especially good with the kids on arrival after a long drive. The apartment layout was perfect - upstairs kitchenette and living area with bathroom, then downstairs for the 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms. Location was also great, easy walking to Clifton Hill attractions and down to the river to see the falls. Skylon Tower was also easy to get to
