House was a great size with plenty of space for our group of 12. Beds were comfortable. Although parts of the neighborhood is not in the best shape we never felt unsafe and it was a close distance to anything you needed. House was very clean and had the things we needed. Remote missing to TV on second floor, which we only really needed at night. Nice to have ceiling fans in the rooms also.

There were five of us in our party: three adult “children”ages 30 - 40, plus my husband and I.There was so much room and each of the “kids” was able to have their own bedroom and private bath, and some had a kitchenette for their own snacks and beverages. We were able to get together in the large living room and dining room. It was great. We are so close to the falls, we could just zip over. We loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer. Keith was great with communicating. Prior to our arrival, he telephoned me because I had some concerns. Once I was there, I texted him from the store to ask what kind of coffee maker was in the kitchen. And, after we had left, I contacted him again about a forgotten item. He located it and agreed to send it to me. I was so thankful. Exceptional service from a host. The area the house is in is an area of change. Some of the houses on the block are vacant or boarded up. I walked around the block to check it out, and never felt scared or worried for my personal safety. I’m so glad we stayed there. We had a fantastic time. I would love to buy the house! Keith was great! The location was a perfect step off point to see the falls from the US, from Canada, and to zip over to Canada on the Lake.
