The room service was exceptional and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! It’s always nice to stay somewhere that makes you feel so welcome and well taken care of. "Pleasant comfortable room and bed, good breakfast, conveniently located to LAX, free shuttle, overall good value for an LA hotel. Convenience store nearby for water, snacks, chips, etc. The concierge was very helpful in terms of giving me ways to get to Manhattan Beach (just a short distance away). Dining staff were especially friendly. I did suggest adding veggie sausage to the menu. I was kind of surprised they didn't have any since this is SoCal, one of the best vegetarian places in the world. But there was lots of fresh delicious fruit and some very good oatmeal at the breakfast buffet. Overall, a nice visit. I would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town for a 3 day expo at the convention center. The hotel is so conviently located to everything. Such an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and the bed, sheets and pillows are wonderful! We koved the courtyard with the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Everything was well maintained. We will definetly plan to stay here again."
