FANTASTIC family pool house!

Gorgeous property that was a comfy stay for our extended family of 17 for 3 nights, celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Slight issue getting the lockbox to open upon arrival (very hard to hear that you've pressed the buttons, causing mis-presses, maybe the volume could be turned up on it?). We LOVED the pool (bring your own pool toys, floats, noodles for the kids - there is a pool basketball net!), pool table, and shuffleboard table. The game room was a huge hit as well! We took advantage of the access to the Reunion golf courses while there (pristine courses and a great value at the discounted rate with the Reunion amenity access from the house). Kitchen is well stocked, pillow selection is not diverse (so bring your own if you're particular), also bring toilet paper as there is just one roll to start in each bathroom (no extras). Thank you so much for a great stay!

Family spring break

The mansion was even better than the photos and our family of 16 loved it! The kids ages 1-10 enjoyed the pool, the arcade, the theater room and the hidden play room. The Reunion water park was also a hit. We did call on a couple of items and maintenance was there quickly. We are glad we paid for the outside fire pit for the night time ambiance. They are in the process of updating appliances since only 1 of the 4 dryers worked. We will recommend this home to our friends with large families.

Multigenerational family stay

We had a lovely time at this property. Plenty of space for our group of 10, ranging from 2 to 70. The property was as described and very nice. Could use a little upkeep as there were a few broken appliances, which didn't affect us much since there were multiple of each. The onsite property management company was helpful and responsive. Overall would stay again!

This house was perfect for a group of 12 friends There was a large dining table with a wonderfully large and comfortable couch for us all to gather throughout the day. The outdoor space was perfect for a large group as well. We had a few minor maintenance issues but management responded promptly and solved the issues. Much better than the pictures!

Very Nice Residence - Nothing Extraordinary

Property is very nice. The however part of this involves the property management company used. Very poor communication. A lot of the property amenities are broken, ie, firepit, gas fireplaces and so on. Pool is filthy and full of leaves. Hot tub doesn't work. All of this is indicative of a 2nd rate property manager. Given the choice I would stay away from properties manged by the same company.

Incredibly Amazing Oasis

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The house exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. The backyard pool area was our favourite spot, perfect for relaxation and fun. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the 24/7 property management team was always available onsite if needed. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and would definitely book this place again in a second. Highly recommend!

Great House Great Location

This house comfortably accommodated four families plus two grand parents and had everything we needed. It was great—Close to shopping, Disney, and the amenities of the Reunion Resort. The pool (with slide), spa, and swim-up bar were awesome, as was the movie room, play room, and kids room. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the property. Great outside area and pool, and enjoyed the house as well. We did have to call a couple of times that the AC was not working efficiently in the master bedroom, but they were always quick to respond. Overall we were happy with our stay and had a great vacation!!

I have to confess this house was a splurge financially, but I have no regrets. There was endless space for everyone to spread out but also a beautiful open floor plan that seemed to bring everyone together. We had a great week and would highly recommend this house!

Stunning property

Beautiful house which was more than adequate for our group of 15. While there were a few items needing attention, none were serious enough to negatively impact our visit. We did leave a list for management on the kitchen table. The house was magnificent and we would certainly choose it again. The highlight was the pool, bar and slide. The young ones loved the Disney themed bedrooms and the older family members loved the pool and game rooms. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury vacation home.

Amazing stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing home. Pictures don’t do it justice. It was completely amazing! We made great memories and enjoyed the fire pit and the kids loved the indoor arcade and water slide. The adults were extremely happy with their rooms and overall experience at the house!

70 th birthday party family reunion for my husband

This is a great home for a large family reunion. There were a few pool problems that the owner worked hard to remedy.. The easy access to Disney was a plus and there is a shuttle that picks you up at the house and takes you directly there. Many activities available right in the community. The water park was fabulous!

Amazing House! Princess Castle!

Wow just wow! This house was amazing and everything we could have wanted and more! The Disney decor with the slides and play room was over the top for the kids! Everything in the game room was so much fun and we had a blast playing air hockey. Every single bedroom was beautiful! The pool and slide and fire pit was so much fun. We even made S’mores. The house is super close to all Disney properties and it couldn’t have been better. We will be back!!

Benidorm in Reunion!

Booked 12th August - 18th August 2022 I publish this with a heavy heart. Yes, beautiful house but I wish the owner or the property manager Jeeves said on their website that there was a house being built next door! and an access road on the other side. 2/6 days was great! but the builders arrived on Monday and it was hell! Noisy, extremely intrusive , the house is being built so near to this one. We had to go out! Or put up with it. Jeeves came over with a list of faulty things, but it must of belonged to the previous renter. It was so loud outside with the generator they had to come into the house. Apart from tv’s not working and games room bike broken, split in the slide. Where we had an accident. Ants in the en-suite. When I opened a dispute, Jeeves denied I let them in and said the building work was not that noisy. I followed the procedure by communication with the owner and he said I insulted him , called him and Jeeves liars, I just sent them video evidence of the truth. That was asked of me. I was offered 1 day off a future booking. But when I asked for a discount of 1 day I was denied and said I was warned that if I put a review , they would put a review that I am a bad renter and to avoid me. It’s very sad it got to this stage. It could of been a fantastic holiday if were given a choice, it usual tells you on the website if there is construction. If the owner didn’t know his management company did. Period. I feel The external pictures need to be changed. My family and I love Reunion and have been coming for a very long time. I hope that any one reads this doesn’t experience what we did.

Wonderful 2nd stay

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this house. Very nice house and the pool area is magnificent. The owner is very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. We look forward to staying here again!

Awesome Trip All Around

We stayed at this awesome house for our annual family get away. This was our fist time to the Orlando area with our large group and this house did not disappoint. We had 12 adults and 10 grandkids, this house was perfect for us. It was just as pictured, very clean and very impressive. The only issue we had in the game room was taken care of immediately by a very professional person. The location is perfect to visit all of the area attractions and the resort itself has a lot to do for people of all ages. The pool area was a big hit for all of us!
