The third bedroom is an attached casita to bedroom two, and can be entered through the second bedroom or completely locked off for private access from the courtyard. The home was just remodeled with new high-end bathrooms and walk-in showers. The kitchen features beautiful shaker cabinets, quartz counters, marble backsplash, as well as new Bosch and Kitchen Aid appliances. The heart of the home is a great-room with cathedral ceilings, large fire-place, wet bar, and automatic window shades. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy front den off the kitchen featuring a sofa, sofa chair, and separate TV area. The expansive back patio is north-facing, with beautiful fairway and mountain views, complete with lounge chairs and a dining table. The front courtyard also has a new grill and seating area.

We enjoyed a month of beautiful weather in a very clean and updated condo. We enjoyed our daily walk looking at the flowers and the use of many swimming pools. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this condo.

Beautifully decorated with muted colors. Modern and comfortable. The bedrooms off the kitchen were perfect for the little girls and their parents. We loved how close the 3 swimming pools were to the condo. We lived outside on the patio, even when temps were in the 90’s, it was cool and shaded.

Palm Valley Delight

My family just spent our holiday at this great home at Palm Valley CC. The owners did a beautiful job recently renovating this 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Clean and comfortable with new appliances, furniture; a lovely view of the mountains- right on the golf course. The home was spotless.We had a great time and would definitely consider staying there again. The owners were attentive to our needs and were very friendly.

Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! Comfortable furniture, beautifully designed kitchen and baths. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. A nice outside patio area to relax or have dinner that overlooked the golf course. Easy to check-in and Cody was quick to respond to messages. We visited with our two college-aged sons and the 3 bedrooms worked perfectly well for our group. There was some minor freeway noise which we mostly noticed when we were outside taking a walk but other than that, the property is lovely and walking distance to a nice pool area.
