Designed for large group stays, we have three completely new, bungalow style units (6 bedrooms/6 baths) that offer a fun, Cali boho style. Three separate casitas within the walled grounds feature a large pool, elegant cabanas, Bocce Ball court, Hot Tub, Large BBQ, Pool table room, and more to make your stay unforgettable. We are just ONE BLOCK from El Paseo, with tons of shopping and great restaurants at your doorstep! Each casita features it's own living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and you'll have the entire resort to yourselves! Each rental includes the use of the entire resort + house bikes so that you can ride around Palm Desert in style!

Each casita is appointed with high end luxury items, including west elm furnishings, Tahari bedding, Restoration Hardware sheets, Casper & Tempurpedic mattresses, robes in each bathroom, pool towels, high end appliances, unique one-of-a-kind artwork, brand new bathrooms (all bathrooms were remodeled in 2018!), and so much more. The entire property was remodeled in 2018 and provides an incredible stay for a group who wants to relax in their own private resort just one block away from everything Palm Desert has to offer! Also just 15 minutes to Palm Springs!

We just wrapped up a four-day stay at this lovely property and had such a great experience. From the very start the property manager was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Accessing the property was a breeze and the check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear. Everything was sparkling clean — from the casitas to the pool — and the location and walkability/convenience truly couldn’t be beat. The properties were fully equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small suggestion I’d offer would be to include soap or body wash and lotion, as Palm Springs is very dry and most hotels typically provide those amenities. It’s a very minor note though — otherwise the place was absolutely perfect. We would definitely come back again. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Perfect for friends trip!

This place is the perfect spot for an incredible trip with friends. It offers privacy and space in each casita with centralized areas for the group to come together. On top of that, Garrett is easily the best VRBO host I have ever encountered. 10/10 we will be back!

Amazing!

We hosted friends and family for our daughter’s wedding, and it could not been more perfect! The decor is amazing and everything was spotless. Garrett was quick to respond to any and all questions and we had so much fun. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Absolutely Perfect

Celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our family of 8 adults and 3 children. Pool and pool area was amazing. We all had our own kitchens and bathrooms. The hot tub and pool table with a small kitchen was ideal for all of us. Plenty of parking and two garages. We had everything for a perfect celebration for 5 days. We hope to stay at this excellent VRBO location again.

The owner, Garrett was always very responsive when there was a problem. It was a good stay for most of our group. We needed more showers, especially in Casita 3 where there is a European setup which was not good for the couple in that room. Everyone ended up sharing the hall bathroom shower.

Mini Family Reunion Getaway

Exactly as advertised. We had nine of us so there was an extra queen bed and bathroom. Easy walk to meals and excellent kitchen facilities (in each casita) to cook for the group. Grocery shopping within 5 minutes by car. Retro vibe with a worn look to the outside decking but the casitas are up to date with furnishings. Great pool and lounges. Large dining table in one casita and another outdoors. It's a perfect place for multiple couples or sorority friends getting away together.

Birthday Celebration

We were in Palm Desert to celebrate the 100th birthday of the patriarch of our extended family. We chose this property because it easily and comfortably accommodated our family of nine (six adults, two teens, and one adolescent). As an added bonus the property was only a few blocks from the celebration venue, not to mention its easy-walking proximity to shopping, food, and fun in Palm Desert. When not attending the birthday celebrations or large family gatherings, we took advantage of the resort-style setup of this amazing compound. Garrett is a terrific host and we could not have been happier with our stay in Palm Desert. Garrett’s property is just as advertised.

Cute, but court yard and bikes were not as expected

The setup of the property worked great for our gathering. The court yard was dirty and much of the furniture was broken or stained. The listing implied enough bikes would be available for use. Unfortunately, there were only 6 in the garage and 2 of those were functional (put together and no flat tires) we had to pump the tires of the 2 - however there were not enough for the 10 of us to ride into town as planned.

We meet up every year on 4th of July normally in palm springs aera due to multiple family coming from different locations. This year we had three generations and had a absolute brilliant time. So many memories I can't wait until next year.

Great stay for multiple couples/families!

We had a wonderful stay!! The property is amazing and had everything we needed. It’s just as described, and like staying in your own hotel, just with your group! The individual rooms/bathrooms and kitchens were perfect! Great property for families and a friends/couples trip! We had 10 people (5 couples) and it worked out great. Close location to walk to shops/restaurants and great yard! We will definitely love to come back!
