There are beautiful gardens, a fountain at the entrance, 7 fruit trees, travertine floors inside and outside on the covered terrace and a romantic dining area which seats 10 people. This resort like property has been nicely decorated. The features include fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet access, cable TV, two fire places and a large bar with granite counter tops. This amazing home is perfect for entertaining. It is located in the best part of Palm Desert, minutes to El Paseo, close to golf, shopping, galleries, fine restaurants, hiking, casinos, walking distance to Living Desert Zoo and over 24 wineries.

Close to 120 Golf Course to choose from: Over 3 million tourists flock to the Coachella valley each year to play golf on some of the most beautiful and manicured golf courses on the planet.
