The hotel was awful from the moment we checked in! We were not greeted or treated with any kind of respect when we checked in. The room smelled horrible with such an overpowering and overwhelming perfume scent. We had to open a window (only allowed to open an inch or two) and I had such a bad allergic reaction to the scent and could barely sleep! The breakfast was horrible, out of everything and a sign posted with food poisoning symptoms didn’t give me any comfort in eating the food. The pool had a sign posted telling you not to use it if you’d had diarrhea in the past 14 days…gross! We decided to leave and got no help from Travelocity to try and rebook a different hotel. Save your money and don’t stay at this awful hotel and avoid Travelocity as well! What a nightmare!

Loved the room. Wasn’t a five star but loved it for my family and in-laws. There was a slight problem with mattress on sofa bed might want to replace them but overall loved it. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was excellent.

The following were good, friendly staff, breakfast food and rooms. You do need some TCL at the elevators and the windows of the elevators and some exterior paint along the facia which shows peeling paint and looks dirty. This is located at the second and 3rd flooring levels below the metal railing of the walkways at those 2 levels. Also some paint needed on top of your wooden patio covers, they are showing some wear from the sun.

Arrived at 4:00, hoping for time to rest and enjoy ground .no rooms ready. No rooms till 6:00. No time for rest or a swim. Room reserved still not ready. Room 247. Stained all over carpet. Bathroom disgusting. Door. Falling apart. Registration rude unfriendly at breakfast. Girl sitting at table checking people off. This place has nice outdoor pathetic indoor. Only friendly people housekeepers and bar tender. Normally we look for embassy suites nthis is not Hilton standards even when we left guys at registration. Not pleasant. Awful!!!
