This family-style hotel is a great value for the money. The grounds are quite lovely, the room is basic, but spacious, and the breakfast is a step above most comparable hotels that offer breakfast. Staff are incredibly helpful (we had both our parking fee waived, as well as as a late checkout granted). I would recommend!

The room was not ready at 4:00pm, which is their check-in time. It wasn't ready until almost 5:00pm. There were multiple stains on the carpet and portions of the carpet were torn and fraying along the tile at the bathroom and kitchentte. The bathtub/shower area had rust along the grout line and the sink in the bedroom also had rust. Probably one of the worst Embassy Suites we have ever stayed in based on condition --- BUT they did wave the $15 parking fee.... so there's that.

Wasn't able to check in until 5:30 [got there at 3:00]. No soap in the bathroom/bar/breakfast area any day. Elevator would not come to the 3rd floor even though the light came on when pressed and the elevator was working. Trash pick up outside our window at 6AM 2 of 4 days! No clock in room. Rude staff at front desk [to us an others].

The staff were friendly. I had a suite with three people. The furniture was dated with minimal carpeting. There was a microwave and small fridge. I enjoyed the large television. The laundry room was out of service. Our stay was two days.

It was okay, a bit outdated especially bathroom. Grounds were nice but the plants by the walkway needs to be trimmed down more. Ping pong table, chess and bean bag toss were nice for the kids. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great hospitality, staff are active to help and resolve any adhoc need or concern. Free breakfast menu was very good with lots of options plus made to order omlets and other egg recipes were delicious. Only suggestion for improvement is that it will be great to slightly larger bathroom size.

This hotel experience was not up to par! We had to wait until 7pm to be checked in because none of the rooms were cleaned. Then the room was more like a motel and not a hotel as advertised. While in the room there was a constant leak from the ceiling flooding the carpet, which is extremely unsanitary and caused an inconvenience of not being able to walk on the carpet (not even with socks). I contacted the property manager and was told that we had to be out of the room in order for maintenance to fix it. We left the room that morning and no one came out to fix it all day. We returned about 11 PM with the leak even worse than it was before. They did comp our parking for being late with the check-in but none of the other issues were addressed by the hotel. Plus, the “hotel” was disgusting. The elevators smelled horrible and in the room there were stains on the carpet and furniture.

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet Embassy Suites or Hilton brand standards. Upon arrival, the hotel was overbooked and could not provide the room type I reserved. I was moved more than once, and the rooms offered had serious cleanliness issues. One room had a visibly dirty couch, and another had dark, mold-like stains on the carpet, which raised health concerns. The bedding was also uncomfortable and did not feel clean or soft. While staff offered Hilton Honors points for one night, the issues went beyond a simple inconvenience. Multiple room changes combined with cleanliness problems made the stay stressful and disappointing, especially for a family stay. I expected much better quality and cleanliness for the price paid.

There was no bedding or blankets for the sofa pull out bed. When we asked for bedding and blankets we were told "we ran out". There was no apology. When we complained to manager in morning, the manager gave us the "option" of canceling our stay and going to different facility. There was no apology. The attitude of management was rude and aggressive. We asked to speak to the general manager but he was not available. We were told he will contact us but there was no contact from the general manager for our week long stay despite asking for him repeatedly. Our kids had to sleep without bedding or blankets which is unacceptable. We were traveling with family and had booked 4 rooms. All 4 rooms were on different parts of property with 3 if them being on different floors. We were traveling with young children which made it very challenging. We were told nothing can be done for us because we booked through expedia which did not make sense as the reservation was made for all 4 rooms at the same time as part of single booking Room service was not available to clean the rooms. Again the reason given was "we dont have enough staff ". The breafast was limited with long lines.

Thermostat in room was broken. They said they were sold out and couldn’t move us. No heat for entire stay. Room was musty and smelled bad. Walking around property, so many things duct taped and covered in mold (we took a photo of the mold).
