Beautiful individual house equipped in Playa del Carmen

House of ~100 mÂČ with A / C, WIFI and private garden.
It has a living room, a kitchen, two rooms, two bathrooms, a garden with terrace and a private parking place.

The residence has several pools, the closest one is 20 meters from the house (with an exit from the garden).

The house is 5-10 minutes by car from Fifth Avenue and the beach and is particularly well placed for excursion to Xcaret, Xplor and other magical places on the Mayan Riviera

The space
The House is totally private and has all the essentials to spend excellent vacations. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, microwave, ...) and you will constantly have unlimited access to WIFI to connect to the Internet.

The house is located in the residential area of Playacar which is the most exclusive area of Playa del Carmen.
It is a large area with many green spaces. In fact sometimes you can see typical animals of this region like iguanas and many more.
The residence has a private Security service 24/24, which makes this place particularly safe, quiet and wonderful.
This place is surely one of the most beautiful in Playa del Carmen.

In addition, people who book the house will have the opportunity to go to the residence's beach club, which has a very quiet and beautiful beach, as well as some swimming pools (minimum stay of 5 nights, subject to availability at the beach club). Beach club is 20 min walking to the house.

Guest access

The common areas are the pools and a recreational Palapa (type of Mexican parasol).
Walking through the residence you will see architectural beauties (Mayan ruins, houses and majestic hotels).

Love this little house!

While this house is not your top of the line resort type place to stay, it served our purposes and then some. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place
think more cottage type with secondhand furniture and accessories. Although it is older, it is clean. What is fantastic is the location. We didn’t need a car because the Taxi stand is right down the street next to the Sandos hotel. You can take a longer walk and head to the street market for some local fare. There is also a bicycle rental and scooter rental place in the street market. We found the public beach this time..(this was my second year staying there.) the beach is located in Fase 1 - the house is in Fase 2. The pool in the development is just a short walk out the back yard- and no one was ever in it but us! It was clean and private! I like having a kitchen since I go to Playa Del Carmen for my dental work and I’m not sure what my mouth will be able to handle each time. It is on the main street so if you’re looking for quiet, I would look elsewhere.The noise was not bad or a deterrent for me and I plan on staying there again if it’s available when I need it.

Clean, Cute, quaint & great location

We had to be in Playa Del Carmen for dental work I needed done. I wanted a place that had a kitchen, because our two week stay was not conducive to eating out all the time. In my hunt for accommodations I came across this cute little house. Playacar is a gated resort community. Safety was never a concern. We had a small glitch with check in. I didn’t realize we would need to submit our picture to issue bracelets that we would need to wear during our stay. We were informed four days before our check-in. I think that should be stated earlier, maybe in the description of the property. We did not rent a car, but the house is just a couple blocks from a taxi stand. We took a taxi to a Walmart for our food. If you take about a 15-20 minute walk there is a street market. (Go left when you leave the house for each of them.) At the street market you can rent bicycles for 250 pesos (approx $15) for 24 hours with no deposit.They have scooters too. I loved our stay. The pool but it was very clean. I loved relaxing in the back yard. Maggie and her husband (the property managers) were EXCELLENT. Quick to respond to our questions and very friendly. The house was very clean and the air conditioning was excellent. We loved that the individual rooms each had their own AC unit. The WiFi worked great. There is no cable TV, only local stations which didn’t bother us as we just used our tablets. Contrary to another review, while the home needs some updating it was fine for us.

Stay Away!

We rented this house for two weeks, the reviews looked great. We were very misled by the reviews. We managed to stay one night. Our review will be a little more honest, the house itself is in a great spot, although it's a very busy street. Taxi stand across the street, very convenient. Inside and outside the house are in need of renovation, the yard is so overgrown, therefore lots of Coati around, making for a very loud night. The back deck needs to be cleaned, BBQ replaced. Inside the house, we found it to be a basic frat house and grimy, we put our sweaters on the sofas in order to sit on them, there was a waxy feel to them. This house can accommodate four people, yet there were only three glasses, three plates, one dish towel, one rag and two washcloths to use for dishes for two weeks. No seal on the front door, so the house had creepy crawlers. We did let management know how we felt, we were dismissed. Miguel and Maggie picked us up and drove us to the house, very pleasant and helpful, but unaware of who is renting the house, German is the person who rents on VRBO, they report into Herve, and had no idea who German was, a very disconnected group. We were willing to pay for the night we stayed, and the first week, we hoped to receive a refund for the second week, but we were flatly denied. I would not recommend renting this location.

Linens 1*, showers 1*. House was spacious and clean, outside was not cleaned up. Spent a day working on yard. Location was difficult without a car, 2 miles to gate for playa Del Carmen, groceries required cab rides, nothing convenient without a hike. Playacar is a beautiful gated community; felt entirely safe there. Need a few small repairs; manager answered every msg promptly and all was resolved timely.

Quaint Playacar Property

This place provides lots of privacy while at the same time, feels very safe. The 2 pools are a very short stroll out the back door - exceptionally clean and peaceful!! Terrific A/C, cold fridge, new gas stove, and plenty of hot water.

From walks on the jungle trails to biking to the beach club. It is a little piece of heaven. Everything is biking distance from laundry to groceries and great restaurants. People are friendly and a very family safe community! We will be back :)

Adventurers Escape

This house was perfect for my friends and I. We were out and about pretty frequently but anytime we needed to recharge or relax this is where we did it. A few extra supplies would have been nice to have, like extra bath towels and maybe even a few beach towels but we made do. The only complaint I have is the shower pressure, maybe an updated shower head will do the trick. The house was clean and comfortable and located in an amazing spot! The backyard led to a beautiful walkway that also took you to the pools in 3 min. Loved this house and would absolutely stay here again!

my playacar experience

my husband and I loved having a house with our own backyard. The pools were very very clean ,and the security was topnotch .The reason they call it playa car is because it's about a 45 minute walk to town and a fair distance to the beach,so you really need transportation ,.But that brings me to another favorite part of staying there; we rented pedal bikes for the whole duration of our trip. It was such a cool way to travel to the grocery store , downtown the beach and just to ride in this beautiful neighborhood. The owner was very good to work with and, I even got to meet his mother . the house could be updated with a few more towels , But all in all my husband and I would definatley rent this cozy cool house again .
