Upon entering, you can appreciate a large kitchen, living room and dining area, and a spacious terrace, with a view from any space. Each window includes a duo roller blind for day and night privacy.



When entering through the main door, on the left side is the guest room with two single beds and a recently remodeled full bathroom. Just in front of the main door, slightly to the left, you will find the kitchen, bar, and a laundry room with its washer and dryer. The dining room has 6 places and the living room has a 55-inch 4K flat TV, smart Blu-ray player, and satellite service to expand entertainment options.



To the left of the dining room, a hallway leads to the main bedroom, with a king bed and its bathroom, also remodeled, which also has a 36-inch flat screen with satellite service. You will find ample storage space for your clothes and belongings in each room.



Access from the terrace to the main bedroom or living room. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean and the property. Prepare a roast or hamburgers on your full gas Weber grill. Additionally, this property has the longest infinity pool in Playa del Carmen.



Elements has a business center with computer terminals, wireless internet, gym. The condominium has an excellent location, as it is just a few steps from Fifth Avenue, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet afternoon or evening.

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
