Excellent little boutique hotel, wonderful staff, and comfortable rooms. If you’re looking for a quieter, cozier stay in Playa, this is a good place. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, and the balcony was very nice. Spacious room and bathroom, especially for the price. It’s definitely worth it to get one of the balcony side rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, being very flexible with our check in and check out, and allowing us to upgrade rooms at no additional cost.

The bed mattress was super uncomfortable, it was to hard It is a bit far from the center of Playa del Carmen We didn't get the room cleaned any day of the 4 days of our stay We also didn't have bodywash luckily I brought my own.
