You do not need a car to see Portland if you are staying at our apartment, but if it is necessary for you to bring a vehicle, on street visitor PARKING PERMIT is provided upon request for each night of your stay (Limit One per group, please give us 48 hours to validate it). *Vehicle license REGISTRATION NUMBER is required.

From where we are, you can catch a game at Providence Park stadium within a short walk, and trendy Pearl district or downtown Portland that are all within walking distance. You can also check out Live concerts in Washington Park in summer.

Closest Max light rail station is 7min walk, Goose Hollow/ SW Jefferson, or Providence Park station, It takes you directly to the Portland International Airport.

When you are done exploring all the nearby sights. You will relax in your 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment with your own entrance through the garage that is street level. Please note there is NO kitchen but cafes, bakeries, restaurants, delis and grocery stores are only a short walk from here. There is a mini refrigerator and freezer to store all the goodies you purchase. A microwave is available in your living room as well as a coffee maker, a variable temperature hot water kettle, plates, cups and silverware. We provide local tea and coffee.

In your bedroom, there is a comfortable queen sized platform bed, a coffee table and chairs. In your living room, you will find a small sofa where you can enjoy reading or lounging. This sofa has a built-in pullout memory foam mattress for an additional guest to use. There is also streaming TV in the bedroom and Free WiFi high-speed internet as well as some books and games for your stay.

Children over the age of 7 are welcome but, please contact us if the total number of people is more than two so we can ensure your stay is comfortable and confirm that we can accommodate.
