Pillows and bed great . This is why I love Hilton. No cookies. That was a shame. Hotel is dated but clean. Breakfast bar in morning ok. There was an old woman with a dog(not service) allowed to park the dog next to the food. It was a trip hazard. This was a fat hairy dog. The staff treated her better than they did us. She was served first even though we had been there. She was picking the food off the trays with her fingers. No one stopped her. Lost our appetite.

Great pool, breakfast not included.

Great location, nice pool in the summer. Most of the staff was so nice, just one front desk girl was a bit sassy. The breakfast is NOT included, which is not clear. Shout out to Steven for helping me with my clogged toilet, thanks for being so friendly and kind in an embarrassing situation.

Christopher in Sales went above and beyond his call of duty. I believe he may be an angel. Elias, a hotel clerk, is so courteous and accommodating. He recommended a vegan pizza, which is probably now my most favorite food ever (not that I can eat it 24-7). It's the Map Change Pizza at Box Car Pizzeria (All vegan). Elias has a kind demeanor, and it sounds like he's singing when he speaks. (: House keeping was excellent also.

Good

Restaurant didn't seem open, always looked dark and no one there. Bar was open and had great drinks, limited menu but good appetizers. Despite numerous families with children at the pool, didn't use pool due to the amount of kids there, it was very quiet in our room. Slept great. Clean, convenient location despite a few tents on the sidewalks it felt safe enough to walk to restaurant for dinner. Would stay again.

Location was convenient. Accessible to check in 24/7 was helpful since I was in the city for an emergency. Room and hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Difficultly with accessing the garage~ key card wasn’t working. Ended up delaying the guests behind me. Extremely busy evening with a lot of events going on at the hotel. Probably upset the other guests but I understand things happen and wasn’t too fazed by it.
