The Space:
Tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this 1-bedroom apartment boasts unique charm and character.
The space is cozy and relaxed, with large windows that flood the room with natural light. The comfy mattress is perfect for unwinding after a long day. On rainy days, cuddle up and watch movies on the smart TV with YouTube TV live channels. You’re welcome to use your own streaming accounts and sign out before checkout.
If you prefer to dine in, the kitchen is set up for simple meals. After a day of walking, shopping, and dining, you'll love returning to the super comfy queen-size bed. The apartment is equipped with heating to keep you warm in the winter, though it currently does not have A/C. The entry to this building has about 10 stairs to access main door.

The Belmont/Hawthorne area puts you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors! Make new friends at the Cartopia food cart pod, or share a pie at Apizza Scholls.
But Portland isn't just for foodies. The vibrant indie spirit thrives in Hawthorne, with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore in this hipster haven. Catch a movie at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews.
If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 176-acre city park atop a volcanic cinder cone. Here, you’ll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city. Enjoy the perfect blend of urban excitement and natural beauty in the Hawthorne/Buckman District!

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 15 (Belmont/NW 23rd) and Route 14 (Hawthorne/Foster) serve downtown. Check current stops and schedules for your trip.
🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network offers another way to explore; choose a route that suits you.
🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is another option; pickup times vary.
✈️ Airport — PDX is reachable by car or a bus connection to the MAX Red Line; allow for traffic and transit schedules.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.
🧺 Access to communal washer & dryer by request between 9 AM and 8 PM; follow posted payment instructions and bring detergent.
Interaction with Guests:
We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
