Tucked away among the trees with trails weaving around the property and with direct access to the park, this charming home offers the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and fun for families and groups alike.



Step outside to discover the elevated stone patio, where you can kick back around the firepit and soak in the serene sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or roasting s’mores under the stars, the outdoor space is truly something special.



Inside, there's something for everyone. The lower level of the home features a fantastic game room with a retro flair—complete with a pool table, foosball, darts, and plenty of seating for guests of all ages to unwind and play. On the split middle level, you’ll find the main living area, dining space, and kitchen. The home is a stylish mix of vintage charm and modern upgrades, and every piece of furniture and décor has been newly curated to create a space that’s both welcoming and memorable.



Upstairs, all five bedrooms await, offering a variety of bed types to suit groups of all kinds—whether you're traveling with kids, couples, or friends.

Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

This was a wonderful house in the heart of Gresham close to restaurants and easy access everywhere. Lots of space and bedrooms, comfortable furniture, updated bathrooms and fun game room. We had a good experience in this home.

Great Multi-Family Home

Family all wanted to stay under one roof and were coming in for Mothers funeral. We each had quiet Privacy and plenty of space to hang out. We enjoyed the Fire Pit and access to the park, through the gate. Generous kitchen space and plenty of dishes. Also appreciated the potted plants, trees and other plants on the property. We met the owners who were friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately there were ants throughout the kitchen and black mold in the refrigerator.There was urine on the rim of the toilet bowl and clogged upstairs shower. A tree branch fell on our car while parked in the designated parking area on the owners property.Owner refused to allow us to file a claim with his homeowners insurance,did not offer any help or reimbursement of deductible.Blocked my calls and stopped returning my emails.

Overall, this was a solid place for what we needed. The location worked really well as a home base in Gresham, especially since we spent most of our time out exploring and just needed a place to come back to, relax, use the hot tub, sleep, and head back out the next day.A few things are worth noting. The kitchen felt a little unfinished in places, with some cabinet doors not closing properly, though that was mostly aesthetic. The bigger kitchen issue was the range. We did not plan on cooking much, so it was not a major problem for us, but when one of us went to make tea, we noticed most of the metal stovetop pieces were broken, with only one that seemed fully usable. If someone planned to cook meals, that could be frustrating.There were also ants in the house. That said, I understand ants are probably hard to manage during the rainy season with the gardens and trees around the property. The management team was very responsive when we mentioned it. They came out quickly, brought traps, and made an effort to fix the issue, which we appreciated.A couple of the beds or mattresses also seemed like they may need attention, either due to the mattresses themselves or the bed bracing.Overall, the house worked well for our trip. The hot tub was a nice bonus, the location was convenient, and it gave us a good landing spot after long days outside. With some maintenance on the stove, beds, and ant control, it could be an even better stay.

Overall stay was ok but the check in process was a mess. I paid for an extra day because I was coming in the middle of the morning with several little kids and the gate had a padlock on it. I was stuck outside for 1 hour waiting for the code at 1am with extremely tired kids. The answering company was pretty rude and told me not to call back again about the same problem. I thought I was scammed at first. I eventually got it the house was big cozy and had enough fun things to do while we were there. I also asked for a small refund on the stay due to the terrible check in process and was told no but I never stayed in the property the whole night before and I left early of the morning of check out day at 4am.

A few things were not what we expected. We travel to the Portland area twice per year and use VRBO or the others. We have always left great reviews and always felt comfortable. This house appears as though as it was a remodel of an aging property and was not done well. Bathroom windows have no frosted glass or blinds. One window is actually in the shower facing a child’s park. The stove top grates are all broken. We almost had boiling water in a pot fall off the stove. Cabinets are all coming off the hinges. The refrigerator doesn’t always close. The beds are terrible. It advertises a hot tub but after arriving they told us not to use it. Paid for amenities and a pristine house and got none of what we expected. I contacted the rental company as well as VRBO and both have been unresponsive.

Eccentric Getaway

This house has a ton of space and a ton of character. It is situated on a huge lot with lots of beautiful greenery surrounding it. Cool 70’s vibes inside and it really fits the flavor of Portland. We had more than enough space/beds/baths to accommodate our family comfortably.The house is situated next to a park, and it looks at the backyards of the houses adjacent to it. The other side of the house is private and has a beautiful fire pit area.It is a difficult property to find because it has a chain link fence around it with a padlock to get inside. As they book more stays, they may want to consider a stronger identifier on the fence so that people not familiar with the property can find it easier. Having to get out of your car to padlock the fence to get in and out of the property is a bit of a pain point. It would be nice to eventually get an automated/electric alternative for that.The main entrance door with the key code is the only way to get in/out of the house (besides the sliding door) and the rest of the doors are dead bolted. This is confusing on arrival, so better directional signage and/or instructions could help.Overall, this property has a ton of potential. Thank you for letting us stay!
