This unit is is in a superb location, 2nd floor unit, 1 block from beach with public beach access, next to large grocery store, hotel zone, walking distance to shopping, dinning, transportation at your door step. Hotel zone beautiful beach. Comfortable sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 kids, 1 queen standard bed, and 1 sofa sleeper size of a double. Fully equipped kitchen, TV room, with closing door, smart TV. 2 full bathrooms. Common Area Pool, Gym, Hot Tub, kids pool, BBQ, sun loungers.

The Space:
The unit has 1 queen bed located in the master bedroom with a private full bath and terrace. The living room has a sofa sleeper that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. This unit is not suitable for 4 adults. There is a separate TV room with two reclining chairs for laying back and watching movies. There is another full bathroom accessible in the hall way for guests. Full washer / dryer in unit. Two beach chairs / beach umbrella / cooler for going to the beach. Water filtration system, closet safe, BBQ Gas grill on terrace. Outdoor seating for 4-6 people. Kitchen is fully equipment with just about anything you could need for cooking and making meals in advance. Nicely appointed.

Short walk to lots of places to eat and Walmart, mall, movie theater and you great location for getting around. Elevator and disability accessible.

We had to include a restaurant located in PV! We found El Dorado wandering around the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta and I am so glad that we did. Brunch, lunch, dinner all while looking at the ocean and sites of PV. You can take an Uber or car service to the restaurant from our home.

Sayulita
Located about a hour from Nuevo Vallarta, is the quaint town of Sayulita. Dining, shopping and beautiful beaches. Well worth the trip to explore the streets of Sayulita.

Bucerias
Bucerias is a neighboring town to Nuevo Vallarta. Feeling motivated? Walk the beach to the North and you will run right into it. A wonderful town with friendly people, shopping and lots of restaurant options.

Puerto Vallarta

Guest Access:
This is a secure building with a 24/7 security guard. We will meet you at the property in person to check you in and check you out. There is an elevator take you to the 2nd floor. Ramp up to the building if coming in a wheel chair.

The Neighborhood:
This is the Hotel North zone, which has everything needed, very large grocery store right next door, 24/7 mini mart across the street, places to eat line the streets, beach / beach access 1 block away. Public transportation 1 block away. Marina Cruise Terminal 2 blocks away.

Getting Around:
It is easy taxi ride from airport, only about 5 minute ride with no traffic. The building is located close to main avenue so you can flag taxi, use ride apps like Uber, Indriver, or many buses run on the main street also. BEST part of all you are walking distance to most everything you need and the beach!

Other Things to Note:
We issue your invoice. We provide Mexico Tax Compliant Receipts.

We check you into the rental in person, and we check you out of the rental in person. There is no self-check in or self-check-out option.

Security Deposit Required @ check in, 100% refundable at check out, $300 USD or Peso Equivalent (based on Bank of Mexico Exchange rates), this can be paid in cash our we can charge a credit/debit card on site at rental check-in/and process card refund at check out.

Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11AM.

We do not offer check out past 11AM.

Check In Policy: Check in is allowed between 4PM-9PM.

Early check in requests will be evaluated on a request basis.

After Hours Check In Policy:
Check in after 9PM is not something we offer as a standard business practice. If arriving by air please book an earlier flight, if arriving by car leave earlier.

Getting through the airport can take 45 Minutes-1.5 hours arriving from out of country. Travel time to the property can take another 20-45 minutes. If you are renting a car that could take 1-1.5 hours for processing and paperwork. Please book a flight that gets you in early enough to allow for these items and arrival time no later than 9PM.

If you are planning on arriving or need to arrive after 9PM you need to inquire with us first prior making your reservation to see if we can accommodate you; if we can accommodate you there will be a late check in fee payable in cash due upon arrival.

If you fail to inquire and receive approval for late check in prior to making your reservation, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation on your side at your full cost. Any cancellation requested within two weeks of the initial reservation being received will be granted a 100% refund, anytime after that normal cancellation policy applies. Please make sure you have your transportation arrangements worked out before you make your reservation or within 2 weeks of making your reservation or your funds may be at risk based on normal cancellation policy rules/regulations.
