Heater/ ac units in 3 different rooms in last 3 stays didn't work, towels wer the kind used in jr high schools. On 1 stay there wer 2 tweezers at the back door. The beds need warmer blankets

We checked in around 10:30/11 PM. The guy working the front desk was pretty rude. I asked him a couple questions and it seemed like me asking anything was a huge burden. He was not helpful with giving information on how to get to our room. Then he just wa not listening. I told him I would be paying for the room and deposit in cash. He still tried to run my card. Thankfully I had my card locked. Otherwise it could have been a bigger mess. However when we checking out the young lady was very pleasant. Nothing extra needed to be done. Just the fact she was not rude meant a lot.
