Everything was good, the instructions on entering could have been better,l with the instructions inside much more clear than the emailed ones. It would be nice to have a few more basic supplies that a lot of properties typically have available like dishwashing liquid and sponges. The place was nice, view was great, overall good property.

What a great stay!

My son and I stayed for 3 nights and were impressed with the house (so clean and nice) and especially the view of Reno and the mountains. The kitchen has everything for cooking. The communication was fantastic. Also helpful to have a full size garage for keeping the car out of the freezing weather. Highly recommend!!!

Christmas Lodging Near Family

Nice home about a mile from family made it very easy to visit for Christmas. We mostly showered, slept, and had coffee in the morning. Comfortable, warm and welcoming.

The property was clean and had all the essentials. One of the reasons for our stay was the Great Reno Balloon Race. The balloon rally was a great event and the location of this VRBO home was perfect. We could even watch the event right from the deck while enjoying our morning coffee on the day we didn't go down to the park to see it up close. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with friendl neighbors. I would definitely rent this home again. while enjoying

Great spot

We loved this house. It fit our needs perfectly for this trip. Plenty of space for my wife and I to work remotely, very well equipped with everything we needed, everything worked and the view was fantastic. We also loved having the Reno local train go by a couple of times. It was fun being that close. We had only one minor issue where the internet went out one morning, but it was resolved by the property host and home owner quickly so it was no big deal. When we need to do another extended stay in the area we will definitely look up availability of this house first.

Best Well Stocked Accommodations

Aside the door code not being correct at check in everything about our stay way great! The kitchen is best stocked we've ever stayed at. You literally don't need to bring anything with you. We loved everything about our visit and would definitely recommend and we would surely stay again.

Great house and location!

Great house for us while in Reno for 2 weeks for a seminar at the National Judicial College on the University of Nevada-Reno campus. A short 5 minute drive to the NJC every day. Quiet neighborhood with great views of downtown and the mountains. Wife loved being at an actual house instead of a hotel room. Will definitely stay again next time I’m back in town! 5 stars!!!

Comfortable house, AMAZING view!

We enjoyed our stay fully. As soon as we got checked in and the sun fell, we even got snow. We had so much fun. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to be via Uber, even when the roads were iffy.

PERFECT

My husband and I were in Reno visiting our daughter and granddaughter who is at UNR. This house was PERFECT for location and convenient for having family over for dinners, etc. Having a spacious garage was great as well as a drive way for our friends and family to park. The water pressure and shower head was wonderful. I love a nice shower!! We will make this our "go to" place.

Very Nice would Stay There Again

This is a very nice house. Comfortable with all the amenities. Quiet nieghborhood. They were very kind to make cooler available for us to use which was a special request and much appreciated. The only reason i gave 4 stars on the cleanliness was because the master bedroom carpet could use a good cleaning but everthing else was immaculate. Nice view, especially at night. Loved it.

Incredible and Perfect

Perfect location, beautiful city/mountain views, clean, good airconditioning for hot summer days. Every amenity included as if you were in your own home. We will rent this property in the future as our children and grandchildren reside in Reno! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Great view, well supplied!

Nice spot, very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Having garage access was a nice bonus. There are train tracks behind the house, but only heard one small train in 4 days, so definitely does not detract from the property. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness only because they seemed to be battling an ant problem, but still overall worth the 5 stars and we would stay there again.
