"We stayed at Coast Capri for the May long weekend with our soccer team for a tournament. The rooms were clean, and well-kept. The staff were kind, helpful and courteous. The hotel amenities were awesome and met every expectation that a crew of 11 year olds could ask for. We brought out Yorkie along and he loved it so much as well! The hotel is in a very convenient area with a Starbucks and groceries nearby. It was also very close to the soccer fields. We would 100% come back and stay here again."

"The space was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was lots of parking. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it looked pretty well stocked. They had a locker for our bikes which was handy. We never went to the pool so we can’t comment on that. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very basic - cereal, toast, coffee, there may have been juice but we didn’t look for it, apples. We prefer a heartier breakfast so we went to a restaurant. The only downside for us was that we had a room facing the main road and there was a lot of traffic noise even into the night. It would have probably been significantly better on the other side of the hotel. It’s a no frills, basic, hotel."

"Harleen at the front desk is amazing! Due to circumstances I needed to leave early. She was so amazing to deal with getting a refund and cancelling my second night. Now, the hotel was clean but the area is not very desirable. Homeless and drug addicts right out front. You couldn’t walk down the side walk with groups cooking drugs, smoking hard drugs or shooting up. Fentanyl addicts everywhere. I felt very unsafe. Couldn’t even walk to dinner across the street. Kelowna needs to do better. I can’t blame the hotel but others should know before they book if they don’t want to be around that."
