We appreciate you taking the time to share these concerns but must advise that we cannot guarantee an early arrival for our guests, especially during such major events as Boots in the Park. Based on this, we encourage our guests to plan accordingly if they anticipate needing to access their guest room before our guaranteed arrival time of 4:00 p.m. We also encourage our guests to remain mindful of the guests around them, as we unfortunately needed to express more directly to you in the form of a noise warning.
