The Space:

Welcome to your comfortable and stylish retreat, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and productivity. The bright and tidy living room invites you to settle in, complete with a large smart TV for entertainment and a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work. The modern kitchen, with its striking green cabinetry, is well-equipped for your culinary needs. After a day of exploring, retreat to the serene bedroom, which features a unique wood-slat accent wall. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the hallway, and we provide all necessary linens, towels, and toiletries.

* Coffee Machine, Kettle, and Toaster



Guest Access:

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment. You are also invited to enjoy the beautiful shared outdoor space, a true oasis that is fully fenced and well-lit for evening ambiance and safety.

* A relaxing hot tub, available for you to enjoy year-round

* A gas fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs

* A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area

* Fun games, including mini-golf and cornhole

* Everything outdoors is a shared space with the additional 3 units that share the 4plex.

Located in the sought-after Mission Hills neighborhood, the home is surrounded by beautiful historic homes, quiet tree-lined streets, and a welcoming community atmosphere. You’ll be close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and charming local shops, as well as Balboa Park, Little Italy, Old Town, and downtown San Diego.



Getting Around:

The home is centrally located and well-connected to public transportation and major roadways.



Street parking is readily available if you're driving.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are easily accessible.



The San Diego Trolley and bus lines are within a short drive or ride.



San Diego International Airport is about 10 minutes away.

* Climate Control: A mini-split A/C unit in the living room provides cooling, while heating is centrally controlled.

* Shared Amenities: The hot tub and all outdoor spaces are shared with other residents on the property. We ask that you be respectful of others when using these areas.

* Unavailable Amenities: The property does not have a fireplace, gym, or pool.

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.
