Heated pool, hot tub & waterslides near the beach!

Enjoy private resort living complete with a heated saltwater pool, waterslides, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, views of the ocean, and SeaWorld fireworks. This home has all the fine details to make your stay in San Diego unforgettable including a fully stocked kitchen and both indoor and outdoor games. It is located overlooking the ocean and bays in a beautiful upscale neighborhood, yet close enough to enjoy all of the San Diego attractions in a 5–30-minute drive.







You will love our quiet, beautiful upscale neighborhood where there is plenty of parking. You can see the ocean from our home, but it is high above it to avoid having to deal with crowds.

You can access the property by an individually provided key code.

The main house consists of a master bedroom upstairs with full bathroom and king size bed and beautiful views. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with a queen bed. Both have views of the side yard garden. A fourth bedroom with two twin and a pull-out ottoman bed with views of the pool. The pool house is a separate structure with a queen sofa sleeper and a full size loft bed. We can also provide pack n plays, umbrella strollers and highchairs so please let the owners know if you need these complementary items.

There is a large living room with a 50-inch flat screen TV and enough seating for 16 people and a fully stocked kitchen with a large family style table.

There are two spaces in our driveway and three spaces in front of the house for a total of 5 spaces for your personal use. San Diego does have a good trolley, but for our area we recommend renting a car or taking an Uber/Lift. We can provide information on a car service if needed. Our neighborhood provides some beautiful walks with views.

The main house has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with a beautiful master on the second floor. The pool house has a loft bed, a queen sofa, a sleeper, a kitchenette, and full bath, and a shower. Please inquire with the host if you would like to add the pool house. Our home is pet friendly but please inquire with the hosts as some are not allowed by the home insurance.

Well equipped kitchen. The slides into the pool were fantastic. We had a great time. April was easy to reach when we had a little problem with the dishwasher. Resolved it almost instantly. If you bring kids, they will love this place.

Our family of five had an absolutely fabulous vacation staying at this gorgeous home. The house is spacious, bright, airy and super comfortable. The best part of the home is the backyard and pool, which makes you feel like you are on a movie set, SO cool!!!!! The location is perfect, close to pretty much everything you want to do. Our host April was very accessible, checking in on us and right there if we had a question. She made an already perfect vacation even better. We are so sad that we had to leave, however, we will be back!!

The back yard and pool/spa/waterslide area were wonderful! Everyone had a great time. The house itself was very nice but could use a litte deep cleaning of tile floors. Beds were very comfy. We tried to use the pool house for our adult kids, but were unable due to the hot temp and humidity and no air conditioning. Thought the fans might help but never really got to a comfortable temp to sleep and after the use of the shower the humidity was super uncomfortable. They ended up just making beds on the living room couches. All in all we had a great time just being together celebrating the newlyweds.

This house was absolutely amazing. We had our family of 11 for an anniversary celebration. (11yo to 78). They all had so much fun in the pool. They all loved the slides! Really nice dishes and pieces for a beautiful 50th anniversary dinner. Highly recommended for an amazing vacation! Thanks, April, for being so accommodating!

Great family location. Only 15 mins to all SD attractions and a fabulous pool experience to wind down, I would easily recommend this for generational fun. Hosts were very attentive and solved the minor issues we had in a timely manner. I would, however, suggest bringing additional pool toys and condiments as both were rather limited. Best tour, USS Midway, recommended attractions SD Zoo, Ferry to Coronado or simply let the kids swim.

What a fabulous home for our family of 10 to stay!! We had a couple of minor issues but April was great in getting back to us quickly. the pictures on the site are great but doesn't show how really good the pool area is. We had 5 kids age 9 to 18 and they totally enjoyed the backyard from going down the slide all day long to seeing the Sea World fireworks every night from the top of the slide area. This will definitely be our go to home if and when we return to the San Diego Area.

We didn’t want to leave

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our son and his family, as well as our daughter and her’s. There were five boys, ranging from 5 years old to 12. We visited Sea World, the aircraft carrier, Midway, the beach and took in a Padres game. One thing we kept hearing from the boys was, “can we go swimming when we get back?” The pool with the slides was a HUGE hit. The property was clean and very convenient for our excursions. We had a few questions for April and she got right back to us. She was very attentive. On check out day, the adults DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE! The five grandsons felt the same, and as Finn would say, “plus infinitely.” We wouldn’t hesitate recommending this beautiful setting and would love to come back. Ps

Awesome! We really enjoyed everything! The house had plenty of room to have your own space. The backyard was a hit with all. Close to all we wanted to see. Hostess was great and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed just being all together. We don’t get to do that enough.

Incredible experience

We have stayed at many vacation rentals, both here and abroad. Without a doubt, this one tops them all. The house itself was terrific, and in a great location. We had a great view of Mission Bay and San Diego directly from our bedroom. And we never dreamed that the pool would be even better than the advertisement. Two slides, countless waterfalls and a hot tub - a clear kid magnet. Finally, the house is a 5 minute drive to the ocean beach near the Pacific Beach pier. April and Michael, our hosts, also made this an even better experience. Pre-trip communications were clear and responsive to questions. And while in the house, the service was incredible. When we needed something, April came in 15 minutes with our request and another pool toy to top it off. Any future trips to San Diego will begin by searching for availability of this house and these hosts. They are both awesome.

April’s amazing home

I can’t do justice to this house in words. The pictures on line are great but the reality is even more spectacular. The layout of the house was perfect for the ten of us. But the real beauty is the backyard area, swimming pool and slides. Six adults and four kids from 6 to 12 years old could not of had a better time. The responsiveness of the owner was above and beyond. All in all you can’t go wrong renting this property Thank you April for allowing us to spend a wonderful week in your home.
