The first room was moldy as heck.
When I told the front desk she didn’t seem shocked or even ask to see pictures. She just kindly and quickly reassigned me a room.
The second room was a tad bit better but there was mold and flies in the toilet shower room.
The mattress felt so deflated.
The neighbors were so loud.
Then I was notified that we had a noise complaint against us, however we were in the room for 10 minutes at that point and my kids were sitting on the bed watching their iPads.
It was a pretty gnarly hotel and I’m not a picky person. We completed our stay because it was just a quick weekend trip but I would’ve found another hotel if I was going to stay any longer than 2 days.
We booked the room for 3 nights. Once we arrive the lobby looked decent. Once walking in the room we noticed the furniture was outdated. The fridge had some rust inside. The mattress would sink in. On our last day there, we noticed water was dripping from the ceiling. We notified staff and she just handed me towels to dry the area. She then called our room and said that that room always had issues and the manager said that we could either get a different room 2 floors up( which we said no because we have a infant) or get partial refund. We have not received the partial refund.
It was 49 degrees outside and room had no heat when staff was approached they had a technician come the following day prior to check out who said that any air blowing qualifies as heat. I froze my butt off all night long and nobody cared. Also rooms are always filthy I mop my own floor twice when I check in and water still runs dirty from mop
