Clean. Staff generally helpful. The amenities listed stated there was continental breakfast, but that was not available. My kids love continental breakfast which was one of the reasons why I picked it. Regarding parking, we paid $65 (listed at $55) per day. Charging was available. We parked valet, which was the only option, and asked for the car to be charged. One valet did this, but another valet did not charge it on 2 separate occasions despite us asking for it to be. Very disappointing.

If the waiter asked for a tip, he should behave with dignity, not as if he was asked for something for free. Such service in a cafe costs nothing. The hotel is good, but the service in the cafe needs to be changed.

This Hyatt is located in a very popular tourist area, which we enjoyed. The location was convenient and the hotel was very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

On arrival, parking situation felt rushed. They were fully booked but still able to get me a spot in their garage. Pricey at $55, but convenient and less then others in the area. Lobby small but cute/cozy. Staff friendly and quick. Restaurant in lobby always full. Only stopped by for drinks but food looked yummy. Room basic but clean. Pool and jacuzzi were small, but only the kids used it and it was empty the couple times we went.
