Front desk staff was OK. The cleaning crew was amazing. Very quick and efficient and accommodating. The hotel itself needs some attention. The elevators were borderline scary to be in. There was zero USB ports in the room. I had to go hang out in the lobby several times in order to charge my insulin pump. Very inconvenient.

When I booked it mentioned a free bottle of wine. We never received it. Breakfast is soooo expensive. The food wasn’t bad but you can walk to a much cheaper place to eat. We also were out of towners so we had to pay $50 a day to park. You can find that much cheaper a block away. We did love the location but this was not worth the cost. There was much cheaper in that same area. I gave it a 4 because the rooms were clean and comfortable but nothing spectacular. The location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Which is how we figured out there were much cheaper places near by.

The room was okay. Neede some upgrading and paint. I had room 543, that had an adjoining door to the next room. 2 of the 3 nights the noise level was extreme. Mostly started after 2AM. Horrible paper thin wall.
