The location in the central metro area of San Juan makes it convenient for getting to the local attractions and the Munoz airport. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished and is clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This property is in a central location and near large connecting roads to travel to locations like malls, beaches and airport. The communication with the owner was excellent. There was coffee/ sugar and other condiments available already at the apartment which was very thoughtful and appreciated. I would suggest also having a paper towel roll or napkins in the property for the guests. Check-in and check-out was easy.

This place is a hidden gem💎

This property was in the middle of a commercial avenue with a mini market around the corner and lots of option down the road. During the day it can be a little noisy but at night not too bad! I was pleasantly surprised with this unit, the property was immaculate, clean, beautiful and just as described. The owner takes pride of this property and if you don’t mine the outside noise this is a must and close to everything in San Juan. I recommend this unit and would definitely revisit again!

This is a very nice simple and clean two bedroom apartment. The on-property host was SUPER accommodating and responsive. The issue you must be aware of this is in a commercial lower class neighborhood. It is the “Dominican” neighborhood of San Juan PR called as “ Puerto Nuevo”. If you don’t mind an occasional SUPER LOUD automobile pass by with Merengue/Bachata music full blast at 11 PM or you sleep like a rock and won’t be awaken by thunder, then it’s not an issue. I really don’t want to knock this property because for the price (PR is SUPER EXPENSIVE) you do get your money’s worth!

We had to keep reaching out to mgr. She never stop by to see if we needed clean towels.

The bathroom sink has a water leak. All she put on the floor was a towel and shower was hardly no water coming down. And shower curtain was too short. After taking a shower the floor was soak.
