Check in was very confusing. We had to go to the hotel behind ours and stood at the main desk for 20 min. Then had to go back to our hotel desk to finalize check in. They could find my reservation information. It was just frustrating. Room was decent. Location is priceless.

This establishment's primary advantage is its location, which is exceptional. While the amenities, breakfast, and service are comparable to those found in other hotels, the price point would be difficult to justify were it not for the prime location. However, the location was precisely what we were looking for, and it fully met our expectations.

Checked in late and staff was very helpful. Certainly paying for location as there was a stain on the comforter, shower floor was covered in stains, AC didn’t seem to work. Location is great, pool was closed, and overall room cleanliness wasn’t up to par for the price.

While great proximity to beach and downtown, the room is dated with broken AC. For the price, AC should work, and staff should be helpful instead of disappearing…

The beach view from the couches on the huge palm tree lined sundeck was amazing! We could feel the ocean spray as baby seals frolicked in the gently breaking waves as they rolled across the shoreline.

The rooms and bathroom are outdated. I opted for the room with the ocean view but that would happen only if I stepped out of the room. The hot tub was hot but no bubbles. The breakfast was mostly carbs and sugar, not ideal if you’re trying to eat a little healthy. If you are parking lot is small and spaces are tight especially at night when everyone is in bed. I hate to be negative but if things are not pointed out then no improvements will be made. Price wise I’m not to sure if it was a good deal or not. Location is great, walking distance to the pier and beach.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to everything. But the room was okay but the walls were stained with what appeared to be soda/wine or some kind of liquid that was still and running down the wall. I should have said something, but I was only there one night and was tired. Parking was available and good, continental breakfast was less than expected, tons of people and long lines and no staff monitoring. Overall stay was okay.
