Great weekend!

We ended up with only 4 adults and the house was perfect for us. Two suggestions, that are small. The steps were a bit icy when we arrived and the light above the entry does not come on. The location was perfect for us since we were attending The Dickens Holiday Classic at the ice arena. We will be keeping your house in mind for next years tournament. Thank you for sharing your home.

It looks like the advertised pictures, but we had several issues. It was a 90 degree day when we arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working. It took a while, but the owner did come and fix. He said he messed up the date and didn’t think we were coming for two more days, so it wasn’t turned on for us to control. The place could have been cleaner, and we had problems with mice in the kitchen and ants and other bugs throughout. Kitchen supplies and towels were very minimal too.

Great location! Family Friendly

Everything was as described. This is a clean and comfortable home to spend time with friends or family. There is an open concept living/dining/kitchen area that’s great for socializing. It’s about a 1.2 mile walk to town and less to the community center. Be sure to tell anyone visiting that they have to park all the way to the right in the driveway because if they don’t, they will block in the downstairs tenant and inconvenience her. One of our guests made that mistake and we felt badly about it. Highly recommend!

Great location but needs some love

First this is a home with an apartment below in basement not a town home as listed. We pulled up and was scared to death by a older woman peeping out the window of the downstairs apt. She didn't bother us at all after I called and found out the situation. There is tons of spiders and stink bugs in the home in all closets that needs to be dealt with as I woke up with a stink bug in my bed the last day. Also stove and fridge were disgusting and needs cleaned. Other than the bugs and the cleanliness we had a very good time that is why I'm giving this review three stars.

Fun time

A group of friends from Skaneateles high school were able to share this four bedroom home for the weekend of our 65th reunion. The living area made it easy to converse and entertain a few more classmates. The host Luke was the BEST!!!! He quickly answered our questions and listened to a few suggestions. The only down side was not being able to watch live sports events as the home didn't have cable TV and we didn't know how to use the screening TV.

Just what we needed

Very clean with the exception of the leather couch in the living room. It emitted a very bad odor and would recommend either having it cleaned or replaced. Other than that, the place was great. They even supplied a brand new blender after inquiring if they had one. Thought that was great!

Place was comfortable and quiet and within a 5 minute drive of downtown Skaneateles and also 2 hiking trails. Was a good fit for our crew.
