"Nicest room that I have stayed in for quite a long time. The bed was incredible comfortable, and there were far more amenities than I expected. The staff (Gabriel at the front desk in particular) was very helpful and the location was convenient. The only minor downsides that I will share for full transparency: downtown Hamilton is sometimes a bit sketchy, and there were quite a few homeless people sleeping or walking within the vicinity of the hotel. Many seemed not well but absolutely none were threatening or disruptive. The other much more trivial downside is that the view from my room was a multi-level parking lot just metres from my window, so privacy felt a bit limited unless the black-out curtains were shut."

"Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was fresh, area was very clean, large selection of food. Given the location of the hotel, it stood out as a safe, well cared for building. The room was clean and well equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again"
