All the staff we friendly and helpful. The room was really big, clean and comfortable. The staff kept the main areas, including the hallways and stairs clean. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the restaurant was really nice. Not your typical hotel breakfast seating area. There were hockey teams staying at the hotel were they a bit noisy, sure, but nice and everyone was polite. We remember being a part of those teams when we were younger so be understanding and enjoy their positive energy. We will absolutely stay here again.

Handy location, they have a great restaurant. It did not disapoint. The food was good and the bartender/server was great! The room was nicely laid out and clean. The nespresso and specialty teas were a treat. The lighting was awful, very dim, and nothing near the couch. The TV had awful reception, always pixilated and hard to watch. The toilet ran on all night. The pillows were abysmal, and the fridge froze my milk for my morning cereal.There were noisy trucks in the lot behind my room. The shower was wonderful!

Staff were great but there were a few issues with the room. While the room was very nice, the bathroom fan was so loud that I couldn’t hear my music, ac unit was also loud and very weak, the bed and pillows were so awful that we barely slept and the floor was so dirty that my feet were black after two hours of being barefoot. Majority of the issues are due to old age so it’s really out of their control unless they invest a lot in updating. Wouldn’t stay again due to the poor sleep quality

Although we booked for three adults the room was only supplied for two. Two cups and two towels and one small tube of shower gel. The room was not cleaned, not even bins emptied or loo roll checked, tea coffee not replenished ( only enough for two people to have two cups of coffee) throughout the three nights stay. We had to ask for another towel and cup the next morning from room service team on the corridor. Who also told us room only cleaned every three days. For the British travel I would say this is below even Travelodge standards.
