The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood with level access to the front door, 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool table, 2 living rooms, private semi enclosed hot tub and beautiful back deck for those summer gatherings for an experience to remember.

**Guests are allowed parking for 3 vehicles only. *Only one car space in garage. (There is a free parking garage 1/2 mile from home. If you have a 4th car, you're allowed to park there free for up to 3 nights)

4. Parking permit must be displayed at all times on driver’s side of dashboard.

5. Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM will be strictly enforced.

6. The guest who rents must be 25 years of age or older.

7. The guest who rents must provide a photo copy of his or her driver’s license

In the Lake Tahoe area, there are several world class ski resorts from 5 minutes to 1 hour away. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year. Here in Lake Tahoe there is winter enjoyment for everyone:
