I loved the location near to everything but not surrounded by just buildings which was what I was looking for a great pier view, the size of the rooms were perfect and the staff were amazing. I will be staying here again!

Hotel was walking distance from popular attractions. Restaurant evening staff is amazing. Had an amazing experience other than a staff member at the front desk who wasn’t very helpful with simple questions, gave a perception of rudeness. (A little customer service goes a long way. ) Great spot!

"Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and festive for the holidays. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. Safe and convenient location. The only minor complaint was that the room was too warm. The thermostat indicated that the AC would not work if the temperature was below 55. Even in the frigid Chicago temps and with the thermostat off, our room stayed between 72 and 74 degrees."
