This is a decent place to sleep. There are annoying lights above the head board with no obvious switch for turning them off. I had to cover them with pillow slip covers but that didn't keep out all the light. Getting there is a challenge - there is a traffic circle that must be navigated and the signage is so bad that I made multiple mistakes finding the right exit off the circle.

I stay here fairly often. This trip, carpet had not been vacuumed, trash wasn’t emptied, the A/C was off so the room was humid and smelled musty upon entering, and in this particular room - 316 - there is a small evidence of mold in the shower.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Syracuse for a quick weekend getaway, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the start, the staff were friendly and welcoming—check-in was fast, and they even gave us some great local recommendations for food and things to do. Our room was clean, cozy, and perfect for the two of us. The bed was really comfortable, and the room had everything we needed—plenty of space, a good-sized TV, and a mini-fridge which came in handy. We especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night—it made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. There was a good selection—hot eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, and more. It definitely helped us start the day right before heading out to explore the area. The location was convenient too—close to the highway, but still just a short drive to downtown Syracuse, Destiny USA, and a few cute spots we found for dinner. We felt safe the entire time, and parking was easy and free. Overall, it was a great experience for the price. We’d definitely come back to the Comfort Inn next time we’re in Syracuse. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a solid, no-stress place to stay—especially for couples.
