Our check was easy with the front desk staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. As we like to stay in Syracuse the night before flying out for an early morning flight, we will definitely be staying here again.

Clean. Good enough for a high school soccer team at a tournament. They wreaked havoc on the pool area and were playing tag in the hallways past 11 pm. The staff did what they could, but no match for teenage boys. 🙄
