Room was musty smelling and had not been vacuumed well big hair balls in corner of living area and bathroom. Pull out sofa bed was basically springs and mattress appeared old caving in the middle when you would lay down was not expecting this considering what was paid for 3 nights. Housekeeping and maintenance were prompt when needing something and valet was excellent. Hotel I’m pretty sure was sold out while we were there with a big volleyball tournament all weekend and concert that Friday so with that being said only 3 elevators working out of 4 which would sometimes leave waiting 15/20 min to get on. Location was wonderful walked or rode the street car most of weekend. Check-in was easy and fast.

Pros-breakfast had many choices including a made to order omelet station! Happy hour included snacks and drinks. Friendly staff! Cons-Our first room had no hot water. I chose the room so it would be in the corner. They did promptly move us. They said it was an upgrade, but the new room although having a better view was loud. Could hear the music from the outside bars into the wee hours. Choose wisely when you choose a room.
